“Let Freedom SING!” Girlchoir National Convention
Hosted by the Pennsylvania Girlchoir & Commonwealth Youthchoirs

What: A six-day choral festival that will bring together two female high school singers from each of the 50 states in the Union not only to sing, but to celebrate the beauty of Girlchoirs in its unique ability to bring girls and young women from all walks of life together and unite them through the power of song.
When: Sunday, July 24th to Friday, July 29th, 2016
Who: Hosted by the Pennsylvania Girlchoir (PG) and its parent organization, Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY). The festival will be led by the distinguished Guest Conductors you’ll find here.
How much: The participation fee is $750 for each Singer Delegate. This is based on homestay accommodations with Pennsylvania Girlchoir / Commonwealth Youthchoir families. Dormitory accommodations (double occupancy) are also available at an additional cost of $400. (Total of $1150) Adults attending with Singer Delegates (Conductors, other Staff, Parent Chaperones) also pay a participation fee of $750, plus an additional cost of $500 for single occupancy dormitory accommodation
Where: Arcadia University, the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill (home of Pennsylvania Girlchoir) and other venues throughout the city of Philadelphia
